Our goal at LTBC students is simple: we want to see our student grow into adult believers who know what they believe and why they believe it. So at LTBC students, we believe that every student needs a two-part approach to their faith. First, they need to be trained in what it is that we believe. What do Christians really claim and how do we answer the big questions of life? To do this we focus on traditional catechism and with a special interest on the ancient Apostle’s Creed (those basic things that all Christians everywhere agree on).
Second, we provide a space for students to see how to live out their faith in their everyday life by connecting them with other believers their age and show them how they are a vital part of the church body. This two-part plan allows students to gain confidence in their faith and experience in sharing that faith with others. We focus on building a community between the students and adult members of the congregation who can help disciple them as they grow. Because our goal is to see your student graduate as a fully functioning member of the body of Christ.
So, we have a saying around here: This is the way . . . now walk in it.
